By default, Forensic OSINT operates on a secure multi-tenant cloud architecture, the same model trusted by leading SaaS platforms worldwide. Each client’s data is encrypted and logically separated to keep investigations private and protected.

This standard model is suitable for most individual investigators, providing strong security, simplified infrastructure, and excellent scalability.

If your organization requires team collaboration — sharing captures among teammates, maintaining a central repository of all captures, and getting the most from Forensic OSINT — then our Single Tenant upgrade for ELITE clients or our On-Premise solution is the best fit.

When Single Tenant Makes Sense

For organizations with heightened compliance requirements, such as law enforcement, government agencies, or regulated industries, or for teams that want to unlock the full power of Forensic OSINT through shared captures and a central repository, we offer a Single Tenant upgrade exclusively for ELITE clients.

In this configuration, your organization operates in a dedicated environment with:

• Separate containerized API instance
• Dedicated database for your case data
• Isolated storage for your captures, evidence, and reports

This setup adds an extra layer of assurance while maintaining the reliability and performance of the Forensic OSINT platform.

Additional Security Options

Single Tenant clients can further protect their environment by limiting how and where their API can be accessed:

• 📍 Restrict by IP Address: Allow traffic only from your organization’s network or VPN ranges.
• 🌍 Restrict by Country: Limit access so requests are accepted only from approved regions (e.g., USA only).
• 🔒 Private Access: Optionally run your API behind a private network connection, making it invisible to the public internet and accessible only from your internal network.*

These controls provide an extra layer of assurance for clients with stricter security requirements, ensuring only trusted users and networks can reach your dedicated environment.
