Professional Elite Members:

Eligibility:

This service is exclusively available to Professional Elite members. Each member is entitled to one 30-minute session with Ritu, the OSINT expert.

Scheduling:

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our designated online booking system. Availability is subject to Ritu’s schedule and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scope of Discussion:

The session is intended for discussing OSINT-related queries, guidance, or professional advice. It is not meant for personal legal advice or any activities outside the professional scope of OSINT.

Confidentiality:

All discussions during the session will be kept confidential. However, sensitive or proprietary information should not be shared during the call/chat.

Time Limit:

Each session is strictly limited to 30 minutes. Members are encouraged to prepare their questions in advance to make the most of the session.

No Show/Late Policy:

Members who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notification may forfeit their right to the session. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

Feedback:

Post-session feedback is appreciated to help us improve the service.

Restriction of Use:

The service is for the member's use only and is non-transferable. Misuse or abuse of the session may result in suspension of this privilege.

Liability:

The advice given during the session is based on the expert’s knowledge and experience. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the session discussion.
